Steps
1. Weigh out 80 grams of coffee beans and grind them coarsely.
2. Add the ground coffee to the mesh filter basket in the cold brew pitcher.
3. Pour 800 ml of room temperature or cold water over the coffee, making sure to saturate all of the grounds.
4. Stir the mixture gently to ensure even extraction.
5. Place the lid on the pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours.
6. After steeping, remove the filter basket and discard the used coffee grounds.
7. Pour the cold brew over ice and enjoy!
